I’m so glad you’re here.

I’m Hannah — a lifelong athlete turned wellness coach with a deep passion for helping others reconnect with their strength, confidence, and purpose. Movement always came naturally to me. I grew up in sports, thriving on discipline, performance, and physical challenge. But as life evolved, I found myself struggling. I was tired, mentally drained, overindulging, and feeling completely out of alignment with myself. I was chasing balance but coming up short. Everything changed when I got back into the gym. Strength training gave me structure. Nutrition gave me clarity. And together, they helped me rebuild from the inside out — physically, mentally, and emotionally. That experience lit a fire in me, and it’s what inspired me to become a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach. Wellness is so much more than how we look. It’s how we move, eat, think, and live — and I believe in creating sustainable habits that honor your body and your life. Whether you’re here for a challenge, a new training split, or a full wellness reset, my goal is to guide you every step of the way with honesty, compassion, and tools that actually work.

With respect to progressive overloading, you are effectively attacking the muscle-tension variable by increasing the load and causing an adaptation in force output of the muscle over time.
